How our process works

Over the last few years there has been a large decline in generic advertising with less advertising in Yellow Pages, Thomson local, directories and newspapers. All at a time when spend on marketing is at its highest level. Businesses need to target their message to their key clients and because our Estate Agent publications are distributed to potential sellers, buyers and landlords we have built up a database of national brands and national and local sponsors who have already agreed to appear in publications throughout England and Wales.

We ask our Estate Agent clients to provide a list of local businesses they would like us to approach whose products and services are relevant to home movers. Today Sellers and Landlords of property expect to see that the Estate Agents they are considering instructing are well connected with local businesses who can help with a smooth house move.

We therefore have a team of highly experienced and professional Marketing Consultants who successfully generate sponsorship for your publications by gently inviting businesses to explore the marketing opportunity these publications present. They work exclusively on behalf of the Estate Agent for 2-3 weeks locating themselves in the Estate Agents geographical area. With their experience and knowledge of which sponsors to approach and the high quality of the publication we can successfully generate the sponsorship required.

An easy timeline

1. Schedule

We schedule a time for our professional Marketing Consultant to start work on your new publications. We ask our Estate Agent clients to provide a list of local businesses they would like us to approach whose products and services are relevant to home movers. In addition we have built up a database of national brands and local sponsors who have already asked to appear in our publications. (with the Estate Agents approval).

2. Marketing

The Marketing process takes between 2-3 weeks during this time our Marketing Consultant will work on behalf of the Estate Agent and generate all the required sponsorship. They professionally invite relevant businesses to participate. They are popular because the publications are seen as a good target market for them.

3. Design

On completion of the Marketing our Design Studio will request a design brief to enable the first proofs to be produced for alteration or approval. We request images, logo­s, photographs, editorial and layout including finish, style, size and die-cut. We have in-house photo libraries and many property guides and articles for inclusion. We have also developed a quick and simple online system for Estate Agents to upload photographs and details of properties to feature in magazines.

4. Print

On approval of the design we immediately send the publication to print. We use the highest quality and environmentally friendly materials from sustainable sources. Our printers are certified by FSC & PFSC.

5. Delivery

Publications are usually delivered within 2 weeks of the Estate Agents approval. They can be boxed or flat packed to save storage space. Delivery is usually a “hand ball” delivery by our printers own delivery drivers.

6. Increase Sales and Letting Instructions

Your new publications will impress Vendors and Landlords and show them how professionally you will be promoting their properties. This will help generate more listings.
